Services are non-clinical and do not replace therapy, medical care, or crisis services.
All groups are facilitated by a credentialed mental health professional to ensure information is evidence-informed, well-organized, culturally responsive, and delivered with professionalism and care. Participants benefit from a supportive group environment that emphasizes learning, shared experiences, and skill development while maintaining clear non-clinical boundaries.
11:00 AM – Caregiver Support Group for Disability and Special Needs
This educational and support-based group is designed for parents and caregivers supporting a child or family member with a disability or special needs. The group provides guidance and shared learning to help caregivers feel more informed, confident, and prepared as they navigate systems and daily responsibilities. Participants gain a deeper understanding of disability-related services and community resources, learn practical strategies for advocacy and communication with providers and schools, and develop tools to manage caregiver stress and prevent burnout. The group also supports caregivers in building sustainable routines at home and feeling less isolated through connection with others who share similar experiences.
Groups are held on Saturdays, and advance registration is required.
1:00 PM – Parent Educational Group
The Parent Educational Group offers a structured learning environment for parents and caregivers seeking practical guidance around parenting challenges, behavior support, school concerns, and family communication. This group emphasizes skill-building and education rather than therapy. Participants gain parenting strategies that can be applied immediately, improve their ability to communicate effectively with their children, and increase confidence in navigating school systems and family routines.

3:00 PM – Adolescent Skill-Building and School Engagement Group
The Adolescent Skill-Building and School Engagement Group is a structured educational support group designed to help adolescents strengthen skills that support positive participation in school and community settings. The group focuses on decision-making, accountability, communication, and academic engagement in a non-clinical setting. Participants develop life skills that promote responsibility, learn strategies to manage school expectations, and strengthen self-advocacy and follow-through.

5:00 PM – Life Transitions Support Group
The Life Transitions Support Group is designed for individuals navigating changes at any stage of life, including career transitions, educational changes, parenting shifts, relocation, caregiving responsibilities, or other major adjustments. This group provides structured educational support to help participants clarify goals, organize next steps, and manage the emotional and practical challenges that often accompany change.
Groups are held on Saturdays, and advance registration is required.
Language Availability
Groups are offered in English and Spanish on alternating weeks. One week, all groups are facilitated in English; the following week, in Spanish.
