Refund and Cancellation Policy

One Connection Community Services provides scheduled, time-reserved services. To ensure fairness, consistency, and operational sustainability, this Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services booked through our website or by direct arrangement.

Clients are required to provide at least forty-eight (48) hours’ advance notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with proper notice may be eligible for a refund or a credit toward a future service, at the discretion of One Connection Community Services.

Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled appointment time, including same-day cancellations, are non-refundable. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and all fees paid for that appointment will be forfeited.

Payments for services already provided are non-refundable.

Fees for administrative services, intake appointments, group programs, workshops, or services that have commenced are non-refundable. Due to the planning and resource allocation required, enrollment fees for group-based services are not refundable once the group has begun.

If One Connection Community Services must cancel a scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund for the canceled service.

Requests for exceptions due to documented emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any exception is at the sole discretion of One Connection Community Services and does not create a waiver of this policy for future services.

All billing questions or refund requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) business days of the scheduled service date. One Connection Community Services operates in accordance with applicable Massachusetts consumer protection laws, including Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93A.

By scheduling services and submitting payment, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
