Before submitting a refund request below, please review the following important information regarding our Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Services are scheduled and time-reserved; at least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, including no-shows, are non-refundable.
Fees for intake appointments, administrative services, group programs, workshops, or services that have already begun are non-refundable.
If One Connection Community Services cancels a scheduled service, clients may choose to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund for that service.
Requests for exceptions due to documented emergencies may be reviewed case by case, at our discretion.
